Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self -motivated Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team in Bangalore. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and customer acquisition through direct interaction and cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits and cold calling
  

• Meet potential customers and explain products/services effectively
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
  

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Interest in Field Sales and customer interaction
  

• Basic knowledge of Sales, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling
  

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
  

• Goal -oriented with a positive attitude
  

• Any graduate / undergraduate (education can be flexible for the right candidate)
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales
  

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
  

• Comfortable working in the field
