Job Description - Field Sales Executive

Our client is looking for energetic and target -driven Field Sales Executives to join their growing B2B sales team in Jaipur. The role involves visiting local businesses, onboarding merchants, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field operations.

Sindhi Camp Road, Jaipur – 302001

Key Responsibilities

Visit local markets, retailers, and business owners on a daily basis.
Acquire and onboard new merchants/customers.
Explain products and services to prospective clients.
Assist with registration and documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong business relationships.
Provide after -sales support and resolve customer queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Maintain records of leads and follow -ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer activation.
Submit daily activity and sales reports.

Requirements

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong relationship -building ability.
Self -motivated and target -oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of Android smartphones and mobile applications.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, Merchant Onboarding, E -commerce, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
