Job Description - Field Sales Executive || Bangalore
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join a leading plywood manufacturing and supply company. This role is critical in expanding our presence among architects and interior designers by building strong client relationships and driving sales through direct engagement. The ideal candidate will be a self -starter with excellent communication skills, tech -savviness, and a strong work ethic, ready to thrive in an on -field, client -facing environment. You will play a key role in promoting our range of products—including plywood sheets, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets—while leveraging both company -provided and personal databases to generate new business opportunities. This is a performance -driven role for individuals passionate about sales, design, and delivering value in a fast -paced industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in -person meetings with architects, interior designers, and design firms to understand their project needs and annual design projections.
Present and pitch our product portfolio effectively, highlighting value, quality, and design versatility.
Convert client meetings into successful sales through persuasive communication and product demonstration.
Maintain and grow a personal database of potential clients while utilizing the company’s centralized database for lead generation.
Travel regularly to client locations and remain available for extended on -field work as required.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Report regularly on sales activities, client feedback, and pipeline progress to management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Normal english -speaking with a strong command of verbal and written communication in the local language.
Valid two -wheeler license and access to a personal two -wheeler for field mobility (optional).
Tech -savvy with experience in handling mobile devices, social media platforms, and mobile applications.
Logical thinking, problem -solving ability, and adaptability in fast -changing environments.
Willingness to work full -time on -site (no hybrid or remote work options) with a commitment to 8–9 hours of on -field work daily.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 6 months of field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven self -motivation, accountability, and ability to manage tasks independently.
