Job Title: Sales Associate – Channel Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join a leading paints company. The ideal candidate should have experience in Channel Sales and Field Sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Channel Sales (any industry)
  
• Experience in Field Sales is mandatory
  
• Graduation preferred
  
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license will be an added advantage
  
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within one month are preferred
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory through effective channel sales activities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
  
• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
  
• Communicate ongoing company schemes, promotional offers, and new product launches to channel partners.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
  
• Handle credit control and ensure timely collections from channel partners.
  
• Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
  
• Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance updates.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and increase market penetration.
