Job Description - Field Sales Manager

Job Description
  • Own and Drive the sales for the assigned zone in NCR area.
  • Recruit, collaborate and manage independent sales agents.
  • Run targeted sales campaigns
  • Reaching out to large customers independently.
  • Track, Analyze and Report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity
  • Identify trends and insights on user behavior and preferences
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams.

  • 3+ years experience in field and account sales
  • Experience in IT product sales
  • Experience in managing internal or external sales executives/agents
  • Experience in using email campaign tool
  • Experience with a CRM to manage leads, activity and sales.
  • Comfortable with setting and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to create strategies/plans to ensure targets are achieved
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Self-learner with outgoing personality.
