We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities, client interactions, and business development within the SME segment. This role involves meeting potential clients daily, generating business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Conduct 7–8 client visits daily within the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new SME clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Restaurants, Schools, Cafes, and Gyms.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow -ups with prospective and existing clients.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and client meetings.
Comfortable working with SME clients.
Prior experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self -motivated with a target -oriented mindset.
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Candidate must be based in or comfortable working in the North Delhi region.
Own 2 -wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving license required.
