We are looking for an
enthusiastic go-getter Sales Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate
for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By
using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to
identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and
existing customers.

What You’ll
Do

·       Meet and exceed sales targets

·       Visit customer location, explain about the services and
convert the leads provided by the company

·       Possess in-depth product knowledge and explain the different
products to customers and relay objection handling

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly
persuasive

What You’ll
Need

·       Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2C
industries.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

·       Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively engage with clients

·       Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced
environment.

·       Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

·       Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving
results.

Requirements

• 2 + Field Sales experience in any industry, interior decor industry preferred
  
• Territory knowledge is a must.
  
• Graduate - any degree
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Must have a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler
