Our client is looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Field Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a field sales team. The role involves driving merchant onboarding activities, monitoring team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of local market operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to build and motivate a high -performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team.
  
• Drive merchant onboarding and business development activities.
  
• Monitor daily team performance and sales targets.
  
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure market coverage.
  
• Support team members in customer acquisition and relationship management.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
  
• Resolve customer and team -related issues effectively.
  
• Submit daily planning and performance reports.
  
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of the sales team.
  
• Achieve assigned business and onboarding targets.
  

Requirements

Eligibility

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass
  
• Graduation preferred
  

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Team Handling and Field Sales.
  
• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, Merchant Onboarding, E -commerce, or B2B Sales is preferred.
