Field Service Engineer - Sanand

Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will 

• Execute the service plan effectively


• Handle installation/ startup of electric tools


• Executing Annual service contracts


• Handle Customer Complaint (Warranty/ Goodwill/ Others) and ensure proper logging into SQR data base


• Resolve issues of the specified territory and also be carry out day to day functions of service-related job


• Ensure and meet the target response time


• Provide customer training for better up time of the product


• Co-ordinate with service sales team for proper execution of service plan

• 2-3 years of experience in Service and Maintenance in Motor vehicle or other industries.


• Experience in servicing or maintenance of tools will be an added advantage.


• Knowledge and skill to repair and install equipment on site.


• Required PLC knowledge with automation field is must


• Experience in handling DC tool will be added advantage.


• Engineering Degree in engineering in E & TC, Electric or Mechanical are preferred describe non-negotiable skill escribe preferred skill escribe preferred skill.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in sanand / Ahmedabad. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, India (IN).
