If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).\n\n * Provide support to the organisations diverse end-user base by responding to inbound and outbound service requests, incidents and finding the root cause of the issue while collaborating with the respective teams to resolve the issue.\n * Lead the Hyderabad Team effectively and collaborate with rest of Japac techs in resolving issues\n * Imaging and managing laptops with Intune imaging and Airwatch portal management.\n * Manage Hardware lifecycle effectively\n * 1st Level Point of Contact for escalation\n * Managing tickets on Service now I TIL tool according to the priorities and adhering to SLA\n * Managing mobile device assets, and JAMF portal.\n * Maintain and Support end users in installing software applications, ensuring they met project requirements and quality standards.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams\n * Assisting network management team and providing onsite smart hands for network upgrades. This involves testing only and smarthands Troubleshooting.\n * Troubleshooting on issues, employing strong debugging and problem-solving skills.\n * Conducted training for field service Tech in local language\n * Analyse and tackle complex technical problems with innovative and practical solutions.\n * Build Customer relationships and managing both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirement and work according to the client needs.\n * Enhanced knowledge on technical skills, problem solving skills, Time management, Office 365 applications including Excel and formulas, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, MS Teams, WebEx.\n * Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Management and understanding priorities.\n * 100% asset management accuracy and comply to asset management requirements of Laptops, Mobiles, iPads, Video Conference Devices.\n\n\n\nRequirement:\n\n * 3-5 year of experience Desktop Support for Software and hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS \u0026 MAC OS in Desktop/Deskside Support environment.\n * Minimum 2 year of experience in Microsoft Intune\n * IOS, JAMF Apple Device management \u0026 Tangoe\n * Minimum 2 years Team Lead experience\n * Good understanding of ITIL Framework is a must\n * Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
