If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in Pune, Mah\u0101r\u0101shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Be a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment\n * Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs \u0026 KPIs aligned to the same.\n * Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution \u0026 Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework\n * Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required.\n * Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements.\n\n\n\nRequirements and Preferences:\n\n * 1 to 3 Years\u2019 experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed.\n * Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS \u0026 End User Hardware Support\n * Basic understanding of ITL Framework is a must.\n * Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.\n * Good Communication Skills (Written \u0026 Spoken) in English\n * Ability to physically perform general office requirements.\n * Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.\n * Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7.\n * Travel including overnight domestic may be required.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
