Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician responsible for installation, servicing, and repair of coffee and vending machines at client locations. The role requires hands -on technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and customer interaction skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Install and commission coffee/vending machines at client sites
 Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, descaling, and calibration
 Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
 Replace faulty components such as pumps, boilers, valves, and grinders
 Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
 Respond to breakdown/service calls on time
 Test machines post -service to ensure proper functioning and quality output
 Provide basic training to clients on machine usage and maintenance
 Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
 6 months–5 years of experience in servicing vending machines / appliances / equipment
 Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
 Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
 Hands -on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment
 Good communication and customer handling skills
 Willingness to travel within the assigned location
