Good Core Java programming skills for bug fixing, write some plugin code etc. Should have worked extensively on File Net P8 or File Net PPM Should know basic creation of workflows Good knowledge on SOAP web services, XXLT, XPATH, WSDL Should know how twork on Component Manager Should be able tcreate components and plugin code and deploy tFilenet Knowledge on Patching and Admin tasks is recommended Should have implemented best practices and standards in previous projects Capable of working independently Experience working with client manager directly and Excellent Communication Skills
