As a FIN Reporting Developer (OTBI/BIP/FRS/FAW) Senior Associate - Operate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle supply chain and operations applications effectively
- Developing seamless integration strategies for Oracle applications to optimize supply chain processes
- Providing training and support to clients for efficient utilization of Oracle supply chain solutions
- Utilizing data modeling and supply chain analysis to enhance operational efficiency
- Managing project resources and budgeting to deliver successful Oracle application implementations
- Collaborating with teams to improve procurement strategies and cost management
- Leveraging Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management to streamline operations processes
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
- Supporting demand forecasting and planning operations to reduce lead times
- Validating data-driven insights to inform recommendations and improve business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for efficient project delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW)
- Excelling in data-driven insights and analytical thinking for strategic decision-making
- Managing complex supply chain transformations with a focus on operational excellence
- Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating client needs
