**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with specific knowledge and experience in ConnectWise, Xero, and Australian GST rules. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex business finances, including P&L, budget forecasting, and cash flow statements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Financial Management:** Manage and maintain financial records using ConnectWise and Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian GST rules.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Reconciliation:** Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
- **Policy Implementation:** Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets. Provide administrative support for financial operations as needed.
