Position Overview 

We are seeking Finance Analyst - AR to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing, cash application, dunning, reconciliations, and AR aging analysis.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and internal controls.


• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries.


• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.


• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.


• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting AR/OTC within a Shared Services environment.


• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Primary ERP) preferred.


• Strong knowledge of O2C cycles, reconciliations, and financial controls.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.


• Experience working with legal or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
