Finance Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial reporting, and financial analysis, along with knowledge of AI tools and technologies used in finance and business analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for analysing financial performance, preparing management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse MIS and financial reports for management.


• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.


• Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast.


• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.


• Prepare financial models and business performance analysis.


• Provide data-driven financial insights to support management decision-making.


• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.


• Track and analyse financial performance of real estate projects/business units.


• Identify cost optimisation opportunities and financial risks.


• Use AI tools and automation to improve financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and efficiency.


• Coordinate with internal finance and business teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA – Finance / CA Inter / CA or equivalent qualification.


• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.


• Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modelling.


• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.


• Knowledge of AI tools/applications in Finance and Analytics.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
