Finance Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage vendor operations, fixed asset accounting, audit coordination, statutory compliance support, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Your Impact 

• Managed internal/external audits by preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, reconciliations, and ensuring timely resolution of audit observations while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance. 

• Oversaw end-to-end vendor management and accounts payable processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, PO management, accrual posting, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliation in SAP. 

• Administered the complete fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, asset register maintenance, physical verification, and compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements. 

• Supported taxation and compliance activities by handling GST/TDS reconciliations, coordinating with consultants, ensuring timely statutory submissions, and assisting in tax and regulatory audits. 

• Prepared financial reports, month-end closing activities, and business analysis while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence within finance operations. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• CA Inter Qualified/Dropout, MBA (Finance), Accounting, or related discipline with 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting operations.  

• Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Fixed Assets, Compliance, Audit Support, and Financial Reporting.  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.  

• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA and strong knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes.  

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance requirements, reconciliations, and audit support activities.
