Finance & Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager for a reputed FMCG Manufacturing company. The role involves managing complete finance operations including accounting, taxation, compliance, costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing accounting, GST compliance, MIS reporting, and cost control within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day -to -day accounting & financial operations
  

• Manage monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
  

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
  

• Prepare budgets, forecasts & financial analysis
  

• Monitor cost control & inventory valuation
  

• Manage working capital & cash flow planning
  

• Coordinate with auditors & banking partners
  

• Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements
  

• Lead and mentor accounts team

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Finalization of Accounts
  

• Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting
  

• Cash Flow Management
  

• Internal Controls & Audit Coordination
  

• ERP / Accounting Software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
  

• Strong analytical & leadership skills
  

Qualification:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
  

• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing preferred
