Job Description - Finance & Accounts Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail -oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets.

If you have strong expertise in costing, inventory -heavy business, and multi -location finance, this is a great opportunity to make a real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

â Manage end -to -end accounting & financial reporting

â Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement

â Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)

â Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance

â Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

â Monitor cash flow & working capital

â Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation

â Lead & mentor finance team across locations

Requirements

Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting & retail finance

Expertise in cost accounting & inventory management

Hands -on experience in GST & multi -location compliance

Strong analytical & problem -solving skills

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems

Leadership & team management ability

Attention to detail with a business -oriented mindset

Qualifications:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
B.Com / Finance background
