Job Description - Finance and Accounts Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and results -driven Finance and Accounts Manager with a strong background in managing financial operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and accounting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company
policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial
reports.
Manage taxation, audits, and risk management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 -4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Proven experience in manufacturing or home automation industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and organizational skills
