Finance and AI Analyst

About the role -

We are building our internal AI
capability from the ground up, and this role sits at the very centre of that
effort. We are looking for someone who does not simply use AI as an add -on to
existing workflows but who genuinely understands how to harness AI to rethink
and reimagine financial processes.

The ideal candidate will act as
the bridge between our AI Engineer and the Finance team, translating complex
financial tasks into intelligent, automated workflows. You will be both a
practitioner and a co -designer of how AI gets embedded across Tristone's
financial operations.

Key Responsibilities -

• Actively exploring and integrating AI tools (including Claude,
  ChatGPT, Gemini, and others) into day -to -day financial workflows and reporting
  processes.
  
• Designing and building AI -powered workflows that automate routine
  analyst tasks, covering both standard use cases and custom automations tailored
  to Tristone's specific needs.
  
• Building and preparing AI -assisted tools and outputs for direct
  use by the analyst and advisory teams.
  
• Reviewing and validating AI -generated outputs to ensure accuracy,
  completeness, and contextual relevance before they reach internal or client
  audiences.
  
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive finance and
  reporting processes using AI and workflow orchestration tools.
  
• Staying curious about evolving AI capabilities and applying them
  to deliver faster, sharper, and more accurate work than traditional approaches.
  
• Collaborating directly with the AI Engineer to scope, test, and
  refine AI solutions, acting as the bridge between technical development and
  financial application.
  
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and financial analysis
  tasks including company and industry research, document analysis, and valuation
  support.
  
• Complying with IT policies and procedures.
  
• Maintaining security of information at all times.
  

Requirements

• AI Tools & Applications - Practical, hands -on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude,
  Gemini, or Copilot in a professional or academic context. You should be
  comfortable using these tools to generate, refine, and improve research,
  reports, and business documentation.
  
• LLM Proficiency –
  Ability to work with large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
  purposefully in a professional or academic context.
  
• Demonstrated Projects - Ability to showcase self -built AI projects, covering both standard use cases
  (research, summarization, reporting) and custom, workflow -specific solutions. Projects built using Claude,
  including Claude Projects or Cowork tools, are particularly valued.
  
• Prompt
  Engineering - Ability
  to structure prompts effectively, framing tasks clearly, refining outputs, and
  adapting instructions to get consistent, high -quality results across different
  AI models.
  
• Finance Fundamentals - Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and
  business finance concepts, with the ability to independently interpret and work
  with financial data.
  
• Communication & Collaboration - Ability to work effectively across teams, translate between technical and
  financial contexts, and communicate findings clearly to both the AI Engineer
  and non -technical finance stakeholders.

• Workflow
  Automation - Familiarity
  with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier for orchestrating multi -step processes
  and improving business workflows.
  
• AI -Assisted
  Research - Prior
  experience using AI tools for research, document review, summarization, and
  information extraction in a structured, repeatable way.
  

Good to
Have -

• Python - Basic scripting ability for automating data
  tasks, calling APIs, or pre -processing financial data before feeding it into AI
  pipelines.
  
• SQL - Basic ability to query structured data or
  financial databases and support data workflows alongside AI tools.
  
• React - Ability to build simple front -end interfaces
  or internal dashboards that surface AI outputs in a usable format for the team.
  
• Docker - Basic understanding of Docker for packaging
  and deploying AI tools within a team.
  
• AI Coding
  Tools - Ability to leverage tools
  like Claude code or ChatGPT codex to automate tasks and create simple solutions.
  

Qualification -

• Bachelor’s degree
  in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  

Experience -

• 0–2
  years of experience in financial analysis, research, reporting, consulting, or
  related fields. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in AI applications are
  warmly encouraged to apply.
  
• You
  should be able to clearly demonstrate how you have used AI tools to improve
  efficiency, quality, or speed in a professional, academic, or self -initiated context.
