A dynamic and fast-scaling tech-enabled HR & payroll solutions provider headquartered in Mumbai, we streamline finance, compliance, and payroll operations for mid-market and enterprise clients across India. Our team combines financial precision with tech-forward automation to deliver seamless payroll, statutory reporting, and finance operations — all while ensuring strict adherence to Indian tax laws and labor regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for 300+ employees monthly, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory contributions.


• Reconcile payroll data with attendance, leave, and reimbursement systems; resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines.


• File statutory returns including TDS, PT, ESI, PF, and bonus calculations in compliance with applicable Indian labor laws.


• Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage onboarding/offboarding payroll actions and variable compensation processing.


• Generate monthly MIS reports for payroll costs, headcount, and compliance metrics to support leadership decision-making.


• Manage payroll vendor coordination and audit documentation for internal/external statutory audits.
