With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[About the role]
We're hiring a Business Operations Analyst to drive performance visibility, KPI tracking, and financial reporting across global teams. You'll work at the intersection of operations, finance, and cross-functional coordination keeping our PODs aligned and data-driven. [Key Responsibilities]

1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and manage key KPIs, costs, performance outcomes, and operational issues across PODs


• Analyze and report KPI performance, financial results, and operational performance metrics


• Maintain visibility over major operational metrics and project performance status


• Support integrated performance tracking and reporting processes

1. Financial & Operational Analysis

• Support operational financial analysis for Rolling Forecasts and Actual Closings


• Support budget execution tracking, operational performance review, and budget variance analysis


• Analyse KPI achievement, cost execution, and business performance results


• Derive operational insights and improvement opportunities based on data analysis

1. Operational Visibility & Coordination

• Monitor and track operational status and performance visibility across PODs


• Support coordination of operational reporting and performance-related communications


• Ensure reporting accuracy, alignment, and data consistency


• Monitor operational issues, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination items across internal projects

[Required Experience]

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or operational planning roles


• Experience managing operational tracking, reporting, schedules, approvals, and execution processes


• Strong capability in cross-functional coordination with Development, Finance, Legal, or external partners


• Hands-on experience with Excel, Confluence, ERP-SAP or similar operational management tools


• High attention to detail with structured communication and problem-solving skills

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in global IT, platform, gaming, automotive, or outsourcing environments


• Multilingual communication skills, including collaboration with Korean HQ and global stakeholders


• Experience in KPI tracking, operational reporting, or performance monitoring activities


• Background in vendor coordination, business support, or cross-border project operations


• Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational governance initiatives
