Job Description - Finance Associate




Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Associate. This
position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are ready to deepen their financial
expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment.



Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and execute daily accounting tasks and financial activities.
● Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
● Prepare financial reports and statements with a high degree of accuracy.
● Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
● Operate and manage financial systems and software, particularly Tally.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST laws and ensure compliance in all financial operations.
● Having baseline knowledge regarding the Taxation (TDS compliance)
● Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.



Security & Compliance:
● Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of financial data
● Follow access control, data protection, and audit requirements
● Support compliance with ISO 27001 and financial regulations
● Maintain secure documentation and prevent data leakage
● Identify and report risks, anomalies, and sec 

















Requirements



● Bachelor’s degree in commerce from a reputed university in India.
● Residency in Vadodara with the ability to work full-time at our Vadodara office.
● 1-2 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
● Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software is mandatory.
● Strong understanding and working knowledge of GST laws.
● Proficiency in MS Excel.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Good grasp on written and spoken English.
● Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
