Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail -oriented Finance Executive to manage day -to -day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting and analysis. The role requires hands -on experience in accounting, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
  

• Handle accounts payable and receivable
  

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  

• Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
  

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
  

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
  

• Track expenses and ensure budget adherence
  

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
  

• Support ad -hoc finance and audit -related tasks
