Key Responsibilities

Sales Invoicing & Collections

• Prepare and issue sales invoices in compliance with applicable Indian Government regulations.
• Collect, verify, and validate employee timesheets to ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection, follow-ups, and account reconciliation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage tax planning, statutory filings, assessments, and audits.
• Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Required Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience in sales invoicing and client billing.
• Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances.
• Experience handling GST returns, Income Tax filings, and statutory audits.
• Ability to work closely with clients, auditors, and external consultants.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
