Job Overview

A Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. The role involves handling day -to -day accounting activities, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
  
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
  
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
  
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to company budgets
  
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
  
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
  
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters
  
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  
• 1 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  
• Experience in handling taxation (GST, TDS) is preferred
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, or similar)
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
  
• Good analytical and numerical skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
