Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling invoicing, processing vendor and customer payments, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring timely GST and TDS compliance. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, financial statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. Additionally, the Finance Executive will assist with budgeting, audit coordination, and maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.


• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.


• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.


• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.


• Experience in invoicing, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.


• Ability to prepare financial statements and support budgeting and audit activities.


• Good analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
