Finance Executive (Retail)- Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai
Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and CAPEX


• Process invoices, vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records


• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny on a regular basis


• Manage vendor and customer ageing and reconciliation


• Ensure timely statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, and PT


• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and financial reports


• Coordinate with internal teams to support audits and finance-related activities


• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities

Key Skills & Requirements

• 
  
  Only Retail - Some exp in a Retail industry is a must.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles


• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP


• Proficiency in MS Excel


• Experience in vendor & customer reconciliation


• Understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, PT)


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant experience in accounts and finance operations preferred
