About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant to join us as a Finance Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance.
What you’ll do:
- Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
- Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
- Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A tertiary care hospital study published in JMIR, validated Dozee’s Early Warning System (EWS), showing it identified 97% of deteriorating patients, provided alerts ~19 hours in advance, and generated 5x fewer alerts, reducing alarm fatigue and improving patient outcomes.
