Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, including monthly income statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business decisions.
- Develop and manage revenue projections and annual operating plans.
- Develop and execute financing plans and benchmarks financial performance monthly.
- Manage monthly cash flow management, ensuring sufficient cash reserve.
- Manage finance invoicing, recognition, collection, refunds/cancellations, and taxation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for financial planning and analysis.
- Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to understand the business and provide suitable recommendations to drive growth.
Requirements:
- CA certification is mandatory.
- Candidates who has directly reported to the CFO / VP.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.
- Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
