We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record of 13+ years in the finance domain to join our leadership team. This role is central to driving financial excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate finance, managerial finance, and financial planning, along with the ability to guide teams, optimize processes, and deliver valuable insights to senior management.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to cash flow management, investments, and compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing recommendations that enable sustainable growth and long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Corporate Finance & Investments
• Manage corporate finance functions, including capital structuring, debt, and equity financing.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize returns.
• Oversee working capital management and optimize funding strategies.
• Managerial Finance & Reporting
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and cost structures to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal teams to maintain governance standards.
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and mentor finance teams, ensuring continuous skill development and performance excellence.
• Allocate tasks effectively and build a culture of accountability and integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives with financial expertise.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the financial advisor to senior management and the board of directors.
• Provide data-driven insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions for funding and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CFA, MBA Finance preferred).
• 13+ years of progressive experience in finance and corporate finance functions.
• Strong expertise in managerial finance, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive financial strategies for growth.
