Finance Manager

Role - Senior Manager, Finance

• Objective: Lead the Finance function,
  ensure cash flow control, financial discipline, compliance, and process
  improvement.
  

Core Responsibilities:

·         Prepare cash flow forecasts and
manage fund allocation across business units.

·         Oversee receivables, payables,
and banking - ensure collections and payments follow timelines.

·         Supervise channel finance
utilization and ensure interest cost optimization.

·         Finalize monthly MIS with
financial ratios and insights.

·         Lead branch -level stock and
asset audits.

·         Review and approve transporter
payments, OEM remittances, and major vendor disbursements.

·         Ensure timely statutory
filings, audits, and compliance.

·         Implement process improvements -
e.g., CTC planning, approval hierarchies, ERP -based workflows.

·         Define roles, KPIs, and review
mechanisms for all team members.

• Report key deviations and recommendations to
  management and external CFO.
  

Requirements

• Hands on Experience in MIS, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Cash flow control, ERP, Audits and compliances
  
• Qualified / Semi Qualified -  CA / CMA Preferred
  
• MBA Preferred
  
• 2+ Years of relevant experience
