Job Description - Finance Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail -oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations in a fast -growing export manufacturing company.

If you have strong experience in financial planning, export compliance, and cost control, this is your opportunity to play a key role in business growth ?

Key Responsibilities:

â Manage financial planning, budgeting & forecasting

â Handle accounts, taxation (GST, TDS) & statutory compliance

â Oversee export documentation, foreign transactions & compliance

â Monitor cash flow, working capital & cost optimization

â Prepare financial statements, MIS reports & analysis

â Coordinate with auditors, banks & regulatory bodies

â Ensure compliance with export regulations & RBI guidelines

â Support business decisions with financial insights & strategies

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Management & Compliance
Experience in Export Finance / International Trade
Expertise in GST, TDS, Audit & Taxation
Knowledge of Forex transactions & export documentation
Proficiency in Tally / ERP & Advanced MS Excel
Strong analytical and decision -making skills
Leadership and team management ability

Preferred Qualifications:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Experience in export manufacturing industry preferred
