Job Role : Finance Manager (for team heading position)

Salary : 40000 -60000 per month

Job Summary :

• Develop and assist in making budgets, forecasts, and financial
  reports to support planning and decision -making.
  
• Having good knowledge of GST/TDS,accounting and related areas.
  
• Team to handle 3 -4 people.
  
• Will co -ordinate with external & internal auditors, report to HO for books finalization etc.
  
• Analyse financial data especially on Targets vs Actuals and
  provide comments and recommendations to support the company's strategic
  objectives.
  
• Oversee the day -to -day operations of the accounts and finance
  department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general
  ledger.
  
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and
  reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  as per internal time schedule.
  
• Provide MIS on P&L, Balance Sheet, Debtors, Creditors,
  Collections with comments on corrective action as per internal frequency (Daily
  /monthly /quarterly /annually).
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales,
  marketing, and operations, to ensure overall efficiency.
  
• Ensure that all financial systems and processes follow relevant
  regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  
• Coordinate and finalise Term Loans and Working Capital Limits with
  Banks and Financial Institutions.
  
• Manage/Co -ordinate the preparation and filing of all tax returns,
  including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax returns with concerned persons
  /consultants.
  
• Review effectiveness of financial systems and processes, including
  controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards
  and take steps for improvement where necessary.
  
• Manage the performance and development of the accounting team,
  providing coaching, feedback, and training as needed
  
• Any other task assigned by the Management.
  

It is the packaging division of renowned manufacturer of food products, has invested in Brotech DL 430 finishing  machine, complete with semi rotary die cutting unit and a conveyor. The equipment is suitable for offline finishing of IML and other varieties of labels. The equipment will be able to support their endeavors for catering to multiple customers for their short runs.
