Function: Finance - LTC Finance (AP/AR/Expenses)
Location: Hyderabad Technology Centre
Skills & Experience
8–15 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or P2P, ideally in a GCC or shared services environment
Strong leadership experience managing AP, AR and Expenses teams.
Excellent knowledge of AP, AR and Expenses policies, accounting principles, and month‑end processes
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, ideally with Power BI exposure
Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
High attention to detail, judgment, and problem‑solving ability
