About the role

As Manager - Finance, you will lead month-end closures, ensure accurate financial reporting under Ind AS and IFRS, and manage audits end-to-end. You'll drive process improvements, and ensure tax compliance. The role requires a proactive CA with strong financial and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage month-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Own the integrity of planning data across ERP and reporting tools; lead continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes and tooling

• Act as a strategic finance partner to functional heads — translating operational metrics into financial impact and proactively flagging potential risks.

• Lead and guide the finance team to deliver on time and maintain high standards of execution.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS in all financial reporting and accounting processes.

• Review and finalize financial statements, reconciliations, and key reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and auditors for seamless reporting and group audits.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency and automation.

• Proficiency in Direct & Indirect Taxes is a plus. Working knowledge of Global Taxes is preferred 

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Solid working knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS.

• Strong command over financial close processes and reporting.

•  Experience in leading a small team or managing workstreams within finance.

• Should have worked in Big 4 statutory audit or in a SaaS company.

• Should have experience managing audits end-to-end.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
