Finance Manager

    Must have keen eye on details, analytical and methodical, with deep knowledge  of  General Accounting

    With outstanding communication skills both written and oral

    Excellent organization and leadership Skills

    Proficient in Accounting software, MS Office , MS Excel, MS Word, Etc. proficiency in Oracle fusion is an advantage

   Lead the team in managing general ledger, and guide strategic decision-making

    Ensure accurate Payroll Accounting

    Reconcile Bank statements and maintain the general ledger in the system

   Assist in handling internal and external audits 

   Review & analyze financial statements

   Prepare reconciliation of Balance Sheet Schedules

   P&L Variance Analysis

   Ensure accurate financial reporting

   Develop & Maintain internal controls, continuously  refining accounting systems and procedures to increase accuracy & efficiency

   Assist leadership in forecasting and tracking organization spending

   Other mattes that maybe assigned from time to time

    Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy,probably CMA

    Atleast 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including management roles

    Proficient in Accounting software, MS Office , MS Excel, MS Word, Etc. proficiency in Oracle fusion is an advantage
