Finance Manager

Location: Mohali, Phase 8-A (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Transportation: Cab Facility Provided
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial
operations, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and provide strategic financial
guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and
financial reports.
• Prepare financial metrics, ratios, forecasts, and budget reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide finance and accounting recommendations to clients.
• Develop and improve financial processes and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot accounting issues, reconciliations, payroll mappings, and payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with reporting managers, clients, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A; experience.
• Experience working with companies having annual revenues below $15 million.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
