Job Description : Finance Manager (7-10) years of experience with Chartered Accountant qualification)

Position Summary:

As a Finance Manager, you will manage the financial operations and strategies. The primary focus will be on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the organization's financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

2. Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to provide timely insights for decision-making.

3. Oversee cash flow management activities including monitoring liquidity needs, optimizing working capital utilization,

4. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends or issues affecting the business performance; provide recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.

6. Lead periodic audits (internal or external) by coordinating the preparation of documents/information required; address any findings promptly.

7. Monitor tax regulations changes; ensure accurate filing of tax returns adhering to local laws while leveraging available benefits or incentives.

Requirements:

1. Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting & forecasting techniques/tools in a multinational organization context would be advantageous.

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), taxation laws/regulations applicable within the region/country where we operate

3. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail when reviewing complex data sets;

4. Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information clearly across different levels within an organization;

5. Experience using ERP systems such as Navision, SAP/Oracle or other relevant finance software applications.
