As a Chartered Accountant, you will take ownership of end-to-end financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance for multiple business entities and family accounts. This role is suited for a hands-on finance professional who is comfortable managing high-value transactions, navigating complex statutory requirements, and partnering closely with promoters to support sustainable business growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, compliance integrity, and strategic financial insight across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Manage complete financial operations for entities with significant turnover
Oversee accounting processes, book finalization, and coordination with statutory auditors
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analyses
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in financial reporting
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws
Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, and regulatory notices
Manage direct and indirect tax filings, including company and family income tax returns
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation
Regulatory & Legal Matters
Manage FEMA compliance, foreign transactions, and related documentation
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to compliance calendars
Banking, Loans & Funding Support
Handle loan documentation, renewals, and compliance with banking requirements
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and documentation
Support working capital planning and fund management activities
Business & Strategic Support
Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Maintain strict confidentiality and governance standards across all financial matters
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in finance, taxation, and compliance
Hands-on exposure to GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, and statutory filings
Proven ability to manage multiple entities and high-value financial operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working independently in an owner-driven or family-business environment
Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across auditors, banks, and advisors
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel-based reporting
Experience with group companies or family-owned businesses is a strong advantage
Preference for candidates based in or willing to commute within the Pune region
