Job Description - Finance Manager - Corporate

Job Role : Finance Manager

Experience : 1 -3 years (excluding article ship experience)

Qualifications : CA/CMA/ CA Semi - Qualified

Corporate experience is mandatory.

Salary : Upto 8 -12 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Accounting - Review financial data and prepare monthly and
annual reports

2. Internal Controls - Develop and implement systems and processes
for internal controls and accounting.

3. Accounting - Monitor the day -to -day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, bank entries and other transactions.

4.Treasury Management - Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, employees and contractors in cost -efficient way. Analyze the cash flows and forecasts of the
company and provide insights on treasury management.

5. Communication Skills/ (verbal & written) Liaise with third parties for various tasks such as auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

6. Audit and Finalization of accounts - Finalization of accounts and filings relating to
audit

7. Ensure 100% compliance to statutory norms, Reporting and Planning GST, TDS, ROC.
8. Accountability and ownership of tasks Leadership Skills.
9. Forex calculations and accounting Forex Management.
10. Prioritizing tasks as per criticality and plan day to day activities to meet Deadlines.
