Finance Manager (from garment industry)

A fast-growing player in the Apparel & Garment Manufacturing sector, we deliver end-to-end supply chain, cost optimization, and financial governance solutions for global fashion brands. Our Finance Managers drive profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency across high-volume production units—translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for garment production units.


• Lead cost accounting for fabric, labor, and overhead—ensuring accurate product costing and margin reporting.


• Partner with operations to track inventory turns, WIP, and scrap metrics to reduce financial leakage.


• Automate financial reporting using Excel and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar) to improve accuracy and timeliness.


• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, payroll, and audit coordination with external auditors.


• Develop financial dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decisions on sourcing, pricing, and capacity planning.
