Summary:
As a Finance Process & Operations Processor, you will engage in a variety of tasks that support the finance function within the organization. Your typical day will involve providing metrics and reporting, coordinating financial analytics, and supporting reporting functions. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure that financial data is accurate and timely, contributing to informed decision-making processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and metrics.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
