Finance Specialist

Zoho Finance Products Management:

• Manage Zoho Books, including setting up and configuring accounts, invoicing, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Oversee Zoho Invoice for creating, customizing, and automating invoices, as well as handling recurring billing and payment reminders.
  
• Handle Zoho Expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee expenses, including integrating with Zoho Books for expense management.
  
• Manage Zoho Subscriptions, including pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and handling dunning management for subscription-based businesses.
  
• Oversee payroll processing using Zoho Payroll, including tax calculations, statutory compliance, and generating payroll reports.
  

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate and review key financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and Tax Reports within Zoho Books.
  
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement.
  
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management regarding financial performance and KPIs.
  

Integration & Automation:

• Integrate Zoho Finance products with other Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects) to streamline financial workflows across business functions.
  
• Automate financial processes, including invoicing, payment reminders, payroll, and expense approvals using Zoho’s built-in automation tools and Deluge scripting.
  

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT, and Sales Tax) by configuring Zoho Finance tools to calculate and file taxes correctly.
  
• Stay updated on local and international accounting regulations and ensure compliance within Zoho Finance products.
  

Data Management & Security:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records within Zoho Finance products.
  
• Ensure that all sensitive financial data is protected and manage user access levels and permissions across the finance suite.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with internal teams (such as sales, HR, and operations) to align financial processes and ensure smooth data flow between departments.
  
• Assist in managing vendor and client relationships, including handling invoicing, payments, and subscriptions.
  

Client and Vendor Support:

• Respond to client and vendor inquiries related to billing, payments, and subscriptions using Zoho Finance products.
  
• Provide training and guidance to team members and clients on using Zoho finance tools effectively.
