We are seeking an experienced Finance Technology Consultant with a strong background in Finance Technology, Enterprise Applications, and US Healthcare to drive the implementation, optimization, and support of technology solutions that enhance financial operations and business performance. This role is ideal for professionals who combine financial domain expertise with enterprise technology experience to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient business solutions.

As a Finance Technology Consultant, you will collaborate with finance, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement enterprise applications, optimize financial processes, and ensure seamless integration across business systems. You will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives while supporting digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend finance technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Implement, configure, and optimize enterprise financial applications to support accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to design scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Integrate enterprise applications with finance, ERP, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual financial processes and improve reporting accuracy through technology-driven solutions.
• Ensure enterprise applications comply with financial regulations, data governance policies, and industry standards, including US Healthcare compliance requirements where applicable.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop functional documentation, process workflows, user guides, and technical specifications for implemented solutions.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support while promoting best practices for enterprise application usage.
• Monitor system performance, recommend continuous improvements, and contribute to long-term finance technology strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise application modernization projects.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 9+ years of experience in Finance Technology, Enterprise Applications, or Financial Systems Consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing enterprise financial applications and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare financial processes, compliance requirements, and enterprise application environments is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with finance, ERP, reporting, and operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Familiarity with system implementation methodologies, process automation, data migration, testing, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working with SQL, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, or workflow automation technologies is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality technology solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.
