## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nFinance\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nProvide financial support and expertise to the Company\u2019s Business Units including financial forecasting, analysis and accounting/technical support\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Working with Business Partners supporting the Company\u2019s forecast cycles:\n * Supporting, analyzing, and assisting in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets, periodic forecast and analysis\n * Developing budgets, financial forecasts, operating plans and modeling tools\n * Analyzing actual operating results and identifying key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifying actual results versus forecast\n * Preparing Business Unit presentations that summarize budget and analysis in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format\n * Preforming monthly/quarterly close processes and activities\n * Ensuring data integrity thorough research and analysis of variances\n * Exposure to the Capital expenditure processes including capitalization \u0026 disposal, asset tracking, and compliance with corporate accounting policies\n * Performing Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules\n * Assisting with requests related to internal/external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance including PBC preparation and Key Control testing\n * Initiating and engaging in continuous process improvement\n * Work on standardization and automation of work\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Solid accounting and financial skills\n * Strong technical abilities including experience with SAP and advance Excel\n * Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills\n * Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment\n * Good verbal and written communication skills\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting, FP\u0026A or financial management\n * Educational qualification: CA Inter/CWA Inter/Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s degree in finance/accounting required\n * Strong working knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements\n * Hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Workday, and financial modelling tool\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
