Financial Analyst COPA

Provide financial support and expertise to the Company's Business Units including financial planning & analysis, SAP CO module management, master data governance, audit support, and accounting/technical support. Creation, modification, and maintenance of Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and related master data in SAP. Ensuring accuracy and governance of master data within SAP CO module. End-to-end maintenance and support of SAP Controlling (CO) module including cost allocations, assessments, and settlements. Handling cost center hierarchies and ensuring alignment with organizational structure. Ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial master data. Supporting month/quarter-end closing activities including accruals, allocations, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Assisting with internal and external audits including preparation of audit schedules and documentation. Supporting SOX/internal control requirements and Key Control testing. Handling ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and management queries. Driving process automation, process improvement and standardization initiatives. Work timings will overlap with NA for 4 hours (8PM to 12AM). CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA with 6 to 8 years experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization. Hands-on experience in SAP CO module (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Allocations/ COPA Assessments). Attention to details and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital. Effective communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. Strong accounting and financial controlling knowledge. Experience in Cost Center creation and Master Data maintenance.
