Financial Analyst I&W

Perform I&W month close and quarter close activities and provide reconciliations. I&W Contract maintainance and reporting. Prepare and post journal entries per I&W accounting requirements. Identify and support business process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Build trusted business relationships, gain deep understanding of the business, and act as an advisor providing actionable insights from growth opportunities to cost savings. Initiating and engaging in continuous process improvement. Work on standardization and automation work. Support internal and external audits, as well as controls and compliance related activities. Work timings will overlap with NA for 4 hours (8pm to 12am). CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA with minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting. Understanding of US GAAP is a plus. Strong Excel modeling skills required. Attention to detail, well organized, high standard of accuracy and ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital. Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. Foundational understanding of US GAAP. Prior experience within technology, manufacturing, or related industries. SAP and Business Objects experience is highly desirable or demonstrable strong systems skills. Experience in business intelligence (BI) technologies, tools, and concepts. Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional, and international teams including occasional flexible schedules to accommodate time zones.
